Rep. Lewis of Georgia recently introduced a bill to the House of Representatives that would amend the Public Health Service Act. Called the HIV Epidemic Loan-Repayment Program Act of 2020 (or HELP Act 2020), the bill would offer up to $250,000 in loan repayment over five years to HIV care providers practicing in areas with recognized provider shortages or within Ryan White funded clinical sites.  Click here to read the bill.
