Are any members out there involved in providing hospice care for PLWH?
I'm a clinical pharmacist who has been involved with HIV care since 2008, although fairly new to hospice arena. I'm interested in linking up with other HIV care providers who may have experience in the hospice space to discuss and learn about challenges you've faced and successes you've had and to learn how to best advocate for our patients living with HIV through end-of-life care.
