We are beginning to discuss clinic re-opening plans. We've been doing 100% telemed visits.
I'm interested in hearing from other clinics who had successful telehealth BEFORE COVID-19 to help share best practices for flow, scheduling, etc.
I'm also interested to hear ideas of how other clinics are thinking about a re-opening roll-out...75% telemed/25% in-person, 50/50 and how that looks logistically.
