I have a question. Does anyone know if crack cocaine effects Prezcobix and Delstrigo? I looked on Lexicomp and Lexicomp only lists Topical Cocaine. I really need to have a better resource for street drugs and ARVs. One of my patients smokes crack and just alerted me to this. He had AIDS a year ago, and has a lot of mutations. Above is his regimen. I finally got his numbers up to 299 14% and < 20 copies in March. As of this week he is 255 13.5% and RNA 120 copies . He says despite smoking crack over the past 2 years he has not missed any doses since he returned to care. When he came in and shared this with me it was because he was checking himself into rehab. I drew labs that is what I found.
