    Hi all,

    Today we have an inpatient who has been stable on Biktarvy. The team is transitioning the patient to peritoneal dialysis and mentioned concerns about the appropriateness of continuing Biktarvy. The literature is pretty sparse for PK/PD of ART in PD. Any experience or thoughts?
