I have four patients on a CAB/LEN regimen, all with RPV resistance and inability to adhere to PO medication regimen. I have worked with the UCSF warmline for all of them before initiation, and they are actually all doing really well and are virally suppressed. I'd encourage you to contact the warmline and run it by one of the providers there if you have questions about the appropriateness for your patient. The number is 1-800-933-3413, and the service is also available online through the AETC app.

Subject: Cabenuva + lenacapravir for rilpivirine resistance
Has anyone used Cabenuva (with or without the rilpivirine portion) with lenacapravir as a complete regimen in someone with rilpivirine resistance and inability to adhere to oral therapy (also single digit CD4 and severe anal dysplasia)?
