I'm wondering if anyone has an established process for documenting needle length in the MAR for Cabenuva administration.
Currently, we administer via a therapy plan in Epic and have not identified a reliable location for this documentation. We've recently encountered a few cases of viremia where we were unable to verify whether the appropriate needle length was used.
Would appreciate any insights or workflows others have implemented.
