    Hello everyone,

    Please feel free to share with first-year pharmacy students who are interested in HIV care!

    Legacy T.E.A.C.H., Transforming Education and Combating HIV, is an all-day free conference in Houston, Texas aimed towards informing first year pharmacy students about HIV, prevention, treatment and public resources available. As the largest federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Texas, Legacy Montrose Clinic and Pharmacy provide crucial PrEP and HIV care, as well as a wide range of chronic disease state management to clients in Houston and its surrounding areas. Legacy's TEACH Conference is designed for first year pharmacy students who want to learn more about HIV, including:
    • The basics of HIV, including transmission, prevention, and testing
    • The latest advances in HIV medication therapy
    • The role of pharmacists in HIV care
