Hi Everyone, 

I am a pharmacist for an independent pharmacy that handles a large amount of Hepatitis C treatment. We are 340-b with a large provider group. We are running into some issues when billing non-340b claims to get reimbursed enough to cover the cost of the medication. Has anyone had any luck with pricing direct from manufacturer or recommendations to see how the pricing could be altered? We have talked to AbbVie a couple of times, but havent heard anything recently. 

In the near future, we are looking to expand business and would like to see what we can do in this space.
