Hi everyone, I wanted to share the great news that GLMA has re-envisioned its online provider directory - for decades now, the largest and most comprehensive online directory of healthcare for LGBTQ+ communities - in partnership with the Tegan and Sara Foundation.  Our goal was to create a healthcare directory with safety, accessibility, and equity in mind, and I think the result is absolutely gorgeous.

If you are patient/client facing in any way, then I hope you might consider making yourself available to the community through the LGBTQ+ Healthcare Directory.  It is absolutely free to create a listing and takes only a minute (literally) to get started.  There is never a cost to patients and we collect only anonymous computer information from consumer users; we'll never ask them for any info (unless they are providing feedback, and then they can provide contact info if they like).  We are nearing 2000 providers - up in just one month from under a 1000 at the end of our provider beta - and it would be great if were part of getting to this next milestone!

We consider this an ongoing project and have multiple phases planned to introduce new features going forward.  And we would love your feedback now so we can continue to make critical improvements to ensure we are maximizing the impact and realizing the full intent of this health equity tool.  As you're browsing the site (please check it out - it really is just so nice), please use the feedback function to communicate, or I am happy to hear from you directly as well.  Reply privately or email me at scottnassmd@gmail.com.

Primary care clinicians, sub-specialty clinicians, clinical pharmacists, behavioral health professionals, and any and all health professionals who meet with patients or clients can sign up, so please share with your colleagues, friends, and anyone else who would want to be available to LGBTQ+ communities in the US and Canada.

I couldn't be more excited about this.  Please consider sharing your expertise with patients by creating an LGBTQ+ Healthcare Directory listing today!
    Thanks!
    Scott
