Any clinics using the Roche Cobas Liat system for GC/CT (+/- Mgen) - which recommends male urine & vaginal swab specimens - on extra-genital sites (anorectal & oropharygeal swabs) to "screen" patients? Any prelim literature out there to suggest it has been done? Wondering for use in patients that may never come back or able to follow up on routine lab-based send out testing, this could be their only touch-point with health care/STI screening.
