I have a transwoman status post 2 renal transplants, diagnosed in 2020.
Initially, I started her on Dovato, doing well
Nadir CD4 90
Viral load initially 4,900,000
today VL undetectable
CD4 125
eGFR 51 on 12/9, up from a baseline of 25
Creatinine 12/9/22 1.25
On Prednisone, tacrolimus, mycophenolate, lisinopril, allopurinol, 
renal manages her kidney function

Thoughts on maintaining Azithro and or Bactrim for prophylaxis

wow 2 renal transplants.  How long have the pt's cd4's 125 and VL UD?  In my mind - that would determine is they need to stay on prophylaxis.  Hope this helps.
