  • 1.  Patient moving to Houston on Cabenuva

    I have a patient on Cabenuva moving to the Greater Uptown area of Houston.  Private insurance (Aetna). I would like to give him some guidance on finding a provider in the area who is doing Cabenuva.  I would appreciate any leads.

    You can refer your patient to Legacy Community Health Montrose and also our affiliate site Wellness Bar. We are fully staffed with HIV/ID providers and we have Clinical and support pharmacists that administer Cabenuva via collaborative practice agreement.

    Hi Jennifer,

    AHF has a few offices in Houston, and we are administering LA injectables.  Not sure if these would be convenient for your patient, though.  Hope this helps.
