PrEP after bariatric surgery

    Hi Everyone, 

    I was wondering if anyone has any experience prescribing PrEP after bariatric surgery, particularly Roux-en-Y gastric bypass. I am in Canada and Apretude has not yet been approved, so the option is either Truvada or Descovy. I found one review that said that Descovy should not be used and Truvada should be given as a double dose daily. Anyone have any real-world experience?
