Hi - I am so happy to be a part of this community.

A patient of mine is relocating to Raleigh NC zip code 27616.  I know that there is the official referral link but I was hoping to get a personal recommendation for a provider for this patient.  The patient would do best in a smaller more personal clinic.  She brings with her a lot of issues: active drug user/not consistent with her ARVs; PTSD and other MH issues.  She needs a clinic with some of the above services.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I have worked at the UNC Infectious Diseases clinic for 16 years and am an HIV patient care coordinator.  We are a multidisciplinary RW clinic that provides a multitude of services that your patient would probably benefit from.

Thanks for your info on your clinic.  Your clinic sounds like a great match for my patient - my only question is how far is Durham from Raleigh?  I am not sure that she will have transportation initially?
