    Hello all, 

    I have a patient moving to Mexico City in April 2026, any recommendations on:

    1. where to continue HIV care and
    2. Availability of Biktarvy - I'm sending the patient with a few months supply, but it would be great if they can get this locally
    3. Is it possible to get Cabenuva as well?

    Appreciate any guidance
