    Patient is starting Apretude and he is currently on Dilantin and Carbamazepine what is the wash out period before he can be scheduled for his first loading dose.

    The wash out period for Phenytoin is at least 14 days (2 weeks), while for Carbamazepine, it is 21 days (3 weeks).
