In 1981 as a senior IM Resident at Cedars Sinai in LA, took care of two men with pneumocystis pneumonia. Two AIDS patients before we knew what it was. Subsequent career predominantly in EM and IM with opportunity to lecture in the US And Israel and Ukraine since 1996 regarding HIV Emergencies.

Over 4000 patients on PrEP and 100 ART patients.

Since 1981. Before we knew why our patients had pneumocystis pneumonia. Then ART since 1994 at Vanderbilt until 2010. Now Medical Director of Music City PrEP.
