Samantha Marie Strong, PharmD, BCACP, AAHIVP, CDCES is the Clinical Director of Pharmacy at Nevada Health Centers, a federally qualified health center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Strong is originally from Chicago, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Northwestern University, her Doctor of Pharmacy from Midwestern University, and completed her PGY1 residency training at the University of Texas –El Paso. She has been committed to providing holistic care to underserved populations with a focus on ambulatory care, chronic disease state management, and public health. Specifically, she is most passionate about providing care to patients living with HIV and Hepatitis C and advocating for increased PrEP access. Dr. Strong is credentialed as an HIV Pharmacist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine and serves on their National Pharmacist Committee. In her spare time, she enjoys doing aerial silks, tap dance, and traveling.
