  • 1.  PA Clinical Rotation Sites?

    Posted 04-22-2024 12:18
Hi everyone, a friend and former colleague of mine is a leader in PA education in Southern California and is seeking clinical rotation sites for his trainees desiring to learn more about HIV.
Is anyone aware of resources that might be helpful to guide him, or does anyone accept PAs in training to rotations?  I think anywhere around the country would be worth sharing.
    Thank you!
    Scott

    Hi Dr. Nass,

AAHIVM's PA Preceptorship Program may be a good place to start.

American Academy of HIV Medicine | Student Membership (aahivm.org)

    Hope this helps a bit!

hi there! I am the creator of the PA preceptorship program through the academy. This program helps to link PA students to practicing PAs throughout the country who do HIV care/sexual health/public health. We try and match as many as we can. The program has been around for 2 years now and we are still building our base of clinicians/preceptors. Just have the student send in an application so I can begin the process!!
