Hello Everyone,
Reaching out to see if anybody is willing to share a policy or procedure that they have when repackaging ARVs such as Truvada, Descovy, Triumeq etc.. and the BUD assigned. I have seen many hospitals doing different things such as giving it 1 year exp from when dispensed from bottle, others do 6 months or less and others only assign a BUD based on qty dispensed. I know it is based on relative humidity and temperature and some PIs do state to keep in original container with desiccant. Thank you in advance for any resources or insights on this topic.
