Hi Courtney,
I work in a FQHC in San Diego. We do a lot of PrEP for unfunded patients, using a combination of patient assistance programs. There are programs that will cover some of the cost of visits and labs, and others that help with medication. We use support staff to help keep track of the paperwork. If you would like more information, I'd love to connect you with our team. My work email is ediths@fhcsd.org.
let me know if I can help,

Subject: Starting a PrEP Clinic
I work at the Columbus Free Clinic in Columbus, OH, and am looking to start a PrEP clinic for our uninsured community members. Has anyone done this before? There is no payer source, so we plan to use generic TDF/FTC (~$27/month/patient) but need funding for all the associated lab monitoring. Would love to pick brains about funding options, or if you've done this before, the process you used to secure funding/long-term options.
