Unfortunately studies have not broken out Trans patients with functional neo vaginas .
I had one pt develop cancer in their neo vagina.With that said Prep should work and be recommended.
but data would be nice.

Both Truvada and Apretude are currently approved for HIV prevention for those at risk through receptive vaginal intercourse.
